Paying Your Bill

- Bring your payment to the office at 1495 Humbolt Ave Moville. The office is open from 7:30 to 4:00 Monday through Friday.
- Drop your payment in the slot of the front door at 1495 Humbolt Ave Moville before or after business hours.
- Mail your payment in the preaddressed envelope that comes with your monthly bill. Remember to mail your payment with enough time to reach the Woodbury County REC office before the 1st of the month to avoid late charges.
- Sign up for Direct Payments. Direct Payments will pay your utility bill by automatic electronic funds transfer. You will still receive a monthly bill so you will know the amount of the transfer. The transfers are initiated around the 28th of each month.
