A general inspection of the plant will be made at the rate of 15% per year so the entire system will be inspected over a 7 year period. Both the overhead and underground system will be inspected on this schedule. The overhead line items visually inspected shall be:

Sufficient records of these inspections will be on file in the Cooperative office.
Additional line inspections and patrol will be done as deemed necessary due to storms, hunting areas and seasons, and in high vandal areas.
Any deficiencies found in the above inspections shall be corrected on a priority basis.
